This has been a tough spring (art wise) for me. Two of my consignment locations were no longer going to showing my art, I did not get accepted into two juried shows nor a juried art fair nor the public art project I had applied for. I had been on a roll for the last few years getting into everything I applied for, so this had been a blow to my ego.
Imagine my delight this past weekend when I found out that all three of the pieces I had entered in the
Treasure Valley Artist Alliance Show,
Silver Linings got accepted! Yeah! And here they are:
 |
Every Heart has a Silver Lining 10" x 24" Wood, Resin and Found Objects $125 |
 |
Should I Stay or Should I Go 12" x 10" x 7" Birds Nest, Found Objects $50 |
 |
Our Lady of Silver Linings 6" x 7" x 3 1/2" Found Object Assemblage in a wooden box $85 |
I guess even dark clouds have a silver lining!
